Todos los aficionados hemos vibrado con él, al ver la maestría que derrocha controlando a la máquina rebelde en que se puede convertir un coche que va a la máxima potencia cuando al llegar a una curva recoje el motor y hace espectaculares entradas, sacando los aplausos de los miles de aficionados que se agolpan en las cunetas. Este baluarte del deporte canario (quienes le conocen, dicen que es mejor persona que piloto) ha sabido adaptarse a los tiempos y seguir al pie del cañón, aunque los más jóvenes vengan pisando fuerte.
